When you purchase property in Double Horn Creek, your real estate agent should be able to tell you if the current owner is a member of DHCWSC. Memberships are Transferable as described below. If the current owner is not a member, you can establish New Service as described below.

Once you establish service in your name, you need to establish Cross Connection Control.
The Double Horn Creek WSC holds Certificate #12913 issued by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). The service area is located approximately 7 miles south-south east of downtown Marble Falls, Texas in southern Burnet County. The total certificated area includes 876.68 acres and serves approximately 100 members.
