Future Water Security (FWS) is split into two phases:
Phase I - Drill one or two test holes to find adequate water.
Phase II - If adequate water if found in Phase I, convert the test hole into a production well.

Met with Dr. Brian Smith, Principal Hydrogeologist with Caves & Karst, LLC, on Monday, April 6, 2026 to walk several lots. Those in attendance were: Dr. Brian Smith, Steve Danjou, Roger Trejo, Svein Utskot, Curtis Raetz, and Mike Chiodo.
